This report accounts for 85% of the total module mark.
Objective: The report should set out how you individually would plan and deliver your case study project to maximise the potential contribution to sustainable development, and minimise the risks associated with that contribution.

A successful project plan considers the needs and priorities of its stakeholders. Developing the project plan relevant to your case study gives you the opportunity to propose a way to achieve this.

Delivering a New Cleaning Product to Maximize its Potential for Sustainable Development
Introduction
As a profit-for-company, sustainability will be a vital issue because of the need to balance sustainable ways regarding protecting the environment and profitability motives. The new cleaning product needs to be sustainable and ensure that the environment is not adversely affected. The organization that manufactures the product is in the private sector. Therefore, the primary objective is to make profitability. Suppose the commodities fail to make substantial profits. In that case, they may eventually lead to the project being discontinued, which will make one of the ultimate objectives of sustainability not to be achieved. In contemporary society, many sustainability issues may affect the new product from being successful (Atz et al., 2019). Therefore, the startup selling the new product may fail to either make any profits or contribute to the goals and objectives of sustainability, which would be positive for the environment and the millennium development goals.
In the present world, any company that is not listed on any of the stock exchanges in the world has some limited financial flows, which makes it quite challenging to roll out products and services to consumers globally. In this regard, it also makes it quite difficult to achieve some large-scale sustainability goals and objectives. In this global perspective, there is a need for a company seeking to expand globally to consider that there may be some current affairs issues that may negatively impact the sustainability goals and objectives of a company seeking to expand internationally (Atz et al., 2019). Therefore, such a company that is affected by current affairs issues in the world may not be able to contribute to sustainability outcomes. Most companies meet their sustainability goals because they can meet the sales and profitability required for any company.
In the current scenario, the present Russia/Ukraine war has negatively impacted many companies globally. In this regard, there is a need to appreciate that Russia and Ukraine are some of the best countries in the world because of the trade sustainability ideologies they possess. Therefore, the war between Russia and Ukraine has negatively impacted some relevant global commodities such as wheat, gas, and oil. In this regard, the world has witnessed soaring food, gas, and oil prices, triggering inflationary pressures worldwide. As a result, gas, oil, wheat, and other food commodity prices have continued to skyrocket, leading to more inflation.
In this scenario, most consumers have been more concerned about the prices of basic commodities rather than meeting sustainability goals. Sustainability has continued to take a back seat because most consumers are only concerned about what they can pay for the products. Therefore, most consumers can change their minds regarding purchasing a product because its pricing structure affects sustainability goals. Conclusively, sustainability is one of the best aspects of a company in the 21st century for most organization...
