Students should demonstrate inside the paper what methods an organization (in a case study) utilized to perform quality assurance/quality control. There are many management philosophies in use today and historical ones that you could cite such as Deming’s 14 points of management, Juran’s importance of Top Management Commitment to Quality, Six Sigma Method or other.
