The advancement of technology significantly influences how firms interact with clients, how they build workflows, and how they make decisions. The implementation of data science (DS) and artificial intelligence (AI) have helped the airline industry to smoothen its operations. The article shows different ways that AI and DS can be used in airline operation management.
