Wellness Corporate Solutions is a wellness project aimed at boosting health well-being of employees. Wellness Corporate Solutions emerged due to existing gaps in meeting healthcare gaps amongst the working population. From assessment, Employees frequently face stressed, pressure, lack motivation and health challenges such as chronic illness and mental health challenges. Assessment is a critical or fundamental component of health wellness programs in communities. Health and wellness program are increasingly gaining attention in the healthcare system. With emerging growing needs for lower costs, improved quality and expanded healthcare access, the role of health and wellness programs, thereby, constitute some of the epicentres of change. The practitioners in the field of improving health and wellness of population and communities must refocus by assessing and evaluating whether their health and wellness program matches the current health systems gaps such as failure to meet the population health needs from the perspective of costs, accessibility and growing prevalence of chronic comorbidities and existing or emerging healthcare disparities.
The assessment and evaluation processes allow practitioners of health to select and implement healthcare programs that have a substantial impact.
