The article that I chose is found on the Huff post and it was written on 31st October 2017 by Richard Patterson. The article of the title is Breeding Antifa, and it refers to one of 1st amendment in the Bill of Rights about the freedom of speech. The author of the article points out various incidences where speakers at different public universities that are found in the US have been denied an opportunity to speak. He begins by mentioning the most recent incident that took place at the University of Oregon where the students denied their president a chance to speak to them CITATION Ric17 \l 1033 (Richard, 2017). The main reason why they denied him the chance was that he was a supporter of free speech in the campus which would engender fascism and white supremacy. The author refers to such an incident as to something that used to take place during the dark days when there was no amendment in the Bill of Rights to support free speech. He also blames the college administration for barring the students from reading subjectively offensive reading materials which have made the students not to be objective. He also supports the idea that books and news articles that overdivergent views from the norm enable one to open up his mind and debate issues in a different manner. Freedom of speech enables people to express their views to be able to come out of the oppression that they are facing. Richard gives instances where freedom of speech has been used by various groups helping them to come out of their difficulties. The article emphasizes that there is the need for freedom of speech put into good use by the journalists and the media. It should be used to provide constructive criticism so that problems of various groups can be solved in different ways.

The government has been ruled by the communists who overthrew the nationalist government in the year 1949. The country has a constitution that stipulates that the communist party rules according to democratic centralism. Such an open discussion allows the discussion for any policy decisions.
