The application I am creating can be used for marketing strategist, the HR department at Rec Sports or the facility designers. A great way to get these people involved in the app can be to spontaneously have them use the app. This process should be manageable considering I work closely with the professional staff at Rec Sports. The scale of my application is rather small. With that in mind, I do not expect for the application to provide significant insight on the Rec Sports market. Rather, the hope (at this point) is to create an application for users interested in the Rec Sports membership demographic.
The main strategy for collecting information about the users will be to simply watch them interact with the interface. Watching the user's cursor and monitoring where they click. The users I have in mind are knowledgeable about the Rec. Their opinions and responses will be useful considering they are the ones who created the dataset. It will be helpful to have some questions already on hand for open discussions. What did you think about the drop-down functionality? When dealing with sales, what graph comes to mind?
