The success story of Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba, can be deemed as a worldwide inspiration. Being born with a few opportunities knocking over his door, Jack Ma's idealistic rags to riches story makes him a rare person. A few firms in Asia have managed to replicate the progress exhibited by Alibaba due to the leadership qualities of Jack Ma. Jack Ma has the foresight and vision of a leader; according to him, he believes that to remain one step ahead of the competition, a good leader should possess ample foresight. Maintaining great foresight, a good leader can anticipate the repercussions of their most insignificant decisions. Jack Ma is of the perception that vision is more important than a leader. A good leader should be able to unite people under a single goal. Jack Ma follows the single rule of uniting people under a single umbrella. He believes and understands that no matter how hard a person tries, there is always an investor, a business partner, or an employee with a shaky belief in your words. He believes in uniting his company under a common goal rather than under the vision of one person.
The concept of service learning by cress is based on the idea of students engaging in community service activities having in mind both academic and learning goals and various opportunities to reflect in their academic discipline. Service-learning is different from other courses of learning and seems far more interesting than regular classes.
