Reflection Paper on Being a Nurse

This is a reflection paper, i have 3 questions and i answer them already. All i want you to do is connect the story by adding good sentence structure and make it flowless. Each question she be one paragraph.
1. What are you seeing and doing/ How do you feel you are progressing professionally?
I am learning to think like a nurse, by using a critical thinking. I am feeling more responsible on the patent than am taking care of. I pay more attention on small details specially on lab results. Whenever I am charting on Epic, I make sure its accurate and updated with patents care and recent situation. Most of all i am learning its patient center environment, making them feel comfortable and gaining their trust is my number one priority.
2. Describe a situation in which you were able to use or learn something about diversity during your preceptorship.
one thing i encounter, I was caring for a patient from Japan and she was 50 years old, she speaks fluent English and when it comes to pain medication for her hip surgery, she refused to take pain medication. Instead, she asked her husband to massage her lower extremities with homemade herb cream. She told me, all her life, she followers’ natural path for her health. I learned to meet patents need as they request and give them my full support.
3. Do you feel any more prepared to start work as an RN after passing NCLEX (the first time)?
Absolutely yes. There is joy in my heart, when I am waking to the patent’s room to get a report. I was able to take care of 5 patent independently with my preceptor overlooked every task I did. I felt more confident on the knowledge I gain in school and in clinical rotation. I feel more responsible whenever I taking care of a patient, this means I have to make good decision on the care am providing and the task am delegating.
