1 What is compassion?
 Compassion is the recognition of another person’s suffering and a desire to alleviate that suffering. Compassion is often defined as the emotion that we feel when others are in need and in turn, motivates us to help them.
2 Are you compassionating? If so, how do you know?
Yes, I am a very compassionate person. I like to care, help and look after others, especially those who are in need. I get emotional whenever I come across a person who is undergoing difficult times. I am never embarrassed to show empathy and try my best to help and encourage them. The path of compassion is natural, because it lies within every individual, within every soft heart. However, it takes mindfulness and a motivation to share our loving kindness to others.
