For Milestone One, review the organization in the case study provided, looking specifically at organizational issues and complete Section I of the final project. Develop the following:

Employees are arguably an organization’s most important asset. Engstrom has neglected the affairs of its employees and the result is low morale. According to Rajhans (2012), some of the symptoms for low employee morale include rising number grievances, declining productivity, and an increasing number of defective products. From the case study, these are some of the major organizational issues facing Engstrom.
The major issue that Ron Bent and Joe Haley have to address is employee morale. It is clear that the employees are experiencing job dissatisfaction given that they have been complaining for months. It is deducible that Bent has been not been focusing on the affairs of his employees but rather on the Scanlon Plan.
