Trevor has some critical and significant actions in the Destructors; first, he was the first to go to Old Misery to see his house. After meeting Mike, Trevor informs him about all the beautiful things he saw from the house; these included the staircase, which he stated that there was nothing holding it up. Additionally, it is Trevor, who suggests that they would destroy the house and comes up with a plan on how the destruction will be executed (Greene, 1954).
