Introduction.
The research article discussed in this paper is a unique study that sought to contrast the physic-chemical disparities between primary milk teeth treated twice a year with silver diamine fluoride and teeth that were not treated with the same. The null hypothesis found no significant disparities in physic-chemical structure when teeth were treated with fluoride and carious teeth without the biannual treatment. The study involved 24-month randomized clinical trials in children who had active dental carries, children who had active carries on their incisors at the time of the study (Mei, M.L, et al., 2014). The research neither did accept the black neither staining nor join the initial tests were used as the standard. The trial involved recruiting four-year-old toddlers who had carries on their milk teeth who were in the foremost year of select kindergartens in Hong Kong. A total of Ninety-eight children received the topical application of 38% silver diamine fluoride. However, the therapy was only considered successful if the tooth showed no symptoms and the cavitated dentinal lesion hard after probing. Other assessment modes like X-rays and CT- scans were also incorporated in the study.
