I chose Civil engineer with the primary interest being building (realistic/ doers), the second career is Computer network architect with the primary interest being organizing. The third career is being an athletic trainers/ exercise physiologist, with the primary interest being helping. Since realistic, enterprising, and conventional (organizing) elements had high scores. The building careers are related to mechanics and construction, and for the three careers civil engineering is the closest. Persuading careers are associated with managing others, leading and influence, and this is especially careers in business, sales, retail and entrepreneurship. I am not entirely surprised by the Holland type results, but working as an exercise physiologist seems out of the ordinary. Even though, I enjoy leading and I would coach when presented with an opportunity, I do not envision myself developing fitness programs with the aim of improving fitness, health and witness.
