The Crisis Plan Simulation is more in depth in that it should focus on the process of managing the crisis. In other words, do not spend an exorbitant amount of time on the scene setter/ background. Instead focus on breaking down the details of how the crisis should be dealt with efficiently, including
●who is on the crisis team (and what each person's role is)
●what steps you believe should be taken in terms of dealing with the crisis publicly
●how you will deal with different communication channels available (such as use the media)
●what your official statement should be
●Q&As showing what your messages are, anticipated questions, and how you will answer them

The crisis plan simulation is the process through which organizations create a synergy to assist them in overcoming various critical conditions or events. Crisis refers to the transition of something better to the worse or ongoing experience of uncertainty describing various daily life situations and commitments. The organizational crisis is a threat to organizational development, reducing the stability in organizations and industries. Crisis plans simulation is important during crisis management because it gives the managers a view to managing the important flaws or problems within the organization. It also enables the company to prepare in wide spectrum possibilities to improve their success within their specific organizational structure. The purpose of this essay is to elucidate on the crisis management simulation of a company.
Background
Organizational departments are likely to stage the crisis simulation and practice drills such as the police, hospitals, and the fire department. They also include armed service practice and exercise. The public relations and the corporate communication departments perform drills the fast-moving PR crises, including the best frightening degree of reality. The crisis managers always prepare the contingency plan for various possibilities involving the employees implementing them. The participants in simulation might find that developing a crisis management plan is easier in comparison to its implementation (Murakami et al., 2002). The crisis management simulation within an organization covers a wide spectrum, including other departments such as human resources, legal, and brand management. No one can prevent a crisis from happening, but its duration can be limited or shortened, making its influence lesser. There authentic key elements of the crisis simulation, such as the authentic fake news, decision having consequences, realistic scenarios, and trainers that can push.
I want to focus on a scenario of the "Blood Money for Ink," where a New York Reporter, editor, and photographer participated in a crisis simulation. The CommCore Consulting Group organized the event where one newspaper's main investors had emerged the largest shareholder within the company and were the largest global polluter. The New York Times received angry social media posts accusing it of "exchanging of the blood money for ink" and wanted to delink it from the investors(Boin, Kofman-Bos, & Overdijk,2004). The issue led to controversial plans against the company by the public. There were plans of holding demonstrations against the company, reports, and the columnist quit with extensive boycott calls and possible attacks by a computer virus.
