In the meeting, I communicated my interest to secure a loan of twenty-five thousand dollars from your institution for catering for management expenses in our office. Having worked with East Coast Bank as our financier and banker for the past two years through numerous transactions of less and huge amounts of money, there is strong conviction that we work as partners. Therefore, there is need to outline the amount of loan required as well as the sole purpose of the loan.

The company runs under expertise personnel in booking/management and provides efficient services to our clients. The mission of our company is to offer practical, innovative and top quality services of booking/management to our clients that include comedians, professional actors; Grammy awards winners, entertainers, musicians, models, as well as public speakers among others.
Therefore, we desire to improve our effectiveness in services because we are receiving a wider range of customers from the entertainment sector. This requires improvement in the management so that our anticipated vision of being highly recognized as a premier booking talent management by the year two thousand and fifteen may be accomplished. We realize that this vision cannot be just achieved without extra effort and that’s why we are posting special unique features of our company on our website, postcards and in trade magazine print advertisements.
The company has maintained integrity and excellence in work and management. Moreover, we continue to offer substantial services to the public looking over every aspect that may bring us down in terms of operations. The loan will be very helpful and would be used with immediate effect in catering for the office rent which is worth four hundred and fifty dollars per month.
