People sort themselves according to where they live, what they consume, how they spend their leisure time, how they spend their disposable income. The reality, even when one looks at the figures, agrees. It is, therefore, vital that we get to understand how people stay, how they are located, and how their location affects their way of life.
To begin with, it is common knowledge that individuals between the age of 35 and 60 are the primary decision-makers of the households. The way they spend and the way they use their disposable incomes reflects how the whole population of the given area spends their disposable incomes. This is because most of them have good-paying jobs and generate income for the economy of the state. This group is less active in terms of spending on activities such as parties. They may generate income but spend less on leisure.
First and of great importance to note is that geography plays a crucial role in everyone's life. Someone located in New York City will possibly have different needs and spending patterns compared to someone in Texas. In the coastal regions, for instance, it is difficult to get clean water; for this reason, some businesses may do well there like water mining and cleaning ventures. In an ideal location, the expenditure on disposable income depends on various demographic factors. Such factors include population density, the different age groups, or even the recreational amenities available in the particular selected region.
