Introduction
Climate change is perceived as one of the defining issues that affect out time. It is certain that on several lines of evidence, humans are playing a pivotal role in changing the earth’s climate. In this regard, all the key climatic changes, be they natural are disruptive. This forms the basis of this study, justifying the essence and significance of solving matters climate change.

As established in this journal, climate change is perceived as a major security threat. The author of this study reflects on ways through which climatic changes would constitute a threat to the peace and stability of a nation. The author argues that climatic changes exert indirect and conditional effects on conflict risks, thus increasing security gaps between different societies with the aim of coping with the changes. For this reason, the need for peace building remains a resilient and effective approach to addressing climate change in unstable economies.
