Stress management intervention refers to techniques that reduce stress in the workplace. Stress entails the feeling of physical or emotional tension. Indeed, it can emanate from the nature of work, such as poor working conditions, and interpersonal relationships, such as how individuals relate to others (Riva & Chinyio, 2018). Stress management intervention is crucial since it contributes to various psycho-emotional problems that might cause lower productivity and efficiency. One of the best stress management interventions for law enforcement agencies is recognizing stressors and improving coping strategies.
