This move by the political body has created a problem in the enforcement of laws and with retaining law enforcement, criminal justice, and security personnel; thus, there has been an increase in crime and a high rate of resignations and retirements. There appears to be a moral problem in these agencies.
2. Assume you’re a human resources manager for a law enforcement agency or criminal justice, or security organization. You have been asked by the chief administrative officer to prepare a report for your organization analyzing the current morale problem.
3. Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word report that describes and analyzes the problem in your chosen agency or criminal justice or security organization.

Criminal justice organizations play an essential role in contemporary society by enhancing peace and reducing possible conflicts that impact peace and unity. Therefore, the workers' morale is one of the key elements that must be considered to deliver justice without restraints. A criminal justice organization is significant since it has different employees from juries, corrections, and law enforcement officers (Stojkovic & Klofas, 2014). The identified group must work collectively to participate in crime management in key decision-making. A high level of crime indicates that the criminal justice organizations are not successfully conducting their duties, resulting from poor human resource management. As a human resource manager, it is essential to consider all the elements which may lead to significant problems such as low productivity and constant moral issues. The paper probes a problem in criminal justice organizations and a well-documented report to resolve the problem.
The Problem in Criminal Justice Organization
The criminal justice organization (court) problem is low salary and lack of adequate engagement by the employer. The problem is critical since every employee in the criminal justice system must have adequate access to financial stability to participate in delivering justice actively. The identified problem is detrimental since it lowers the employees' morale and reduces their commitment to achieving better goals and standards. Low salary and lack of motivation are critical, preventing the workforce from successfully conducting their diligent roles and ensuring justice in the community. Therefore, it is justifiable that the problem is detrimental and jeopardizes justice delivery.
Personal Opinion
My position is that criminal justice organizations should be prioritized like any other organization in contemporary society. The morale of the law enforcement team and other groups must be considered to ensure that they actively participate in delivering justice in the community. Additionally, defunding the organizations is not a solution but critical harm to the nation's stability. Most organizations such as companies and other agencies depend on the criminal justice organization in enhancing peace and unity. Therefore, it is unfortunate to demotivate the criminal justice organization groups and employees.

Factors Influencing Employee Attitudes, Productivity, and Work Behavior
Different factors influence employee productivity, work behavior, and employee attitude. The essential factor that impacts the employee attitude is leadership (Stohr & Collins, 2013). Leadership must be in line with the employee's expectations. A leader in the criminal justice organization must act following the employee's needs to have a positive attitude towards the delivery of justice. For instance, a positive and servant leader allows the juries to create a positive environment for justice delivery to the community. Therefore, leadership plays a significant role in determining the employee attitude towards job commitment.
