For instance, the Presidential Act of 2013 ordered creation of the Council for Climate Preparedness with an important role in promoting safety in the environment. USDA ensures that the national forest and private lands rehabilitated and reclaimed to enhance life and water resources (Webre & United States. (2010). The Forest and Agricultural Research Service (FARS) is an agency that ensures development agricultural solutions. These agencies analyze and execute policies that count great significant in determining impacts of the climatic changes.
