They must respect everyone's beliefs, including their religious beliefs, in order to rule a country with great equality and fairness. Over 4,000 recognized religions exist worldwide, according to "WORLD RELIGION DAY - Third Sunday in January." These faiths are made up of churches, congregations, faith groups, tribes, cultures, and movements. The majority of people on earth follow one of the five major religions, notwithstanding their abundance. To maintain the legitimacy of the nation's governance through its citizens, impartial governance is therefore highly desired.
Discussing the legal problem of a student depicting Jesus as his hero can be readily displayed in the class without any restraint, as they all have the right to speak their voice. It will just differ from the understanding and perspective of its audience. The presenter cannot push the belief in the audience forcefully. After the presentation of the student essay, the student will take that as freedom of speech and an expression of oneself. In addition to protecting freedom of speech, the media, assembly, and the ability to petition the government for a redress of grievances, the first amendment permits Congress to enact no laws relating to an establishment of religion or restricting its free exercise ("The Constitution").
In order to appropriately mark the essay that the student wrote, the professor should take the person that one of the students represented into account as a human being. The grade of the student's hero choice shall not be judged in accordance with the rubrics and standards that must be followed; the professor must strictly adhere to the rubrics without adding any subjective judgment. However, if, for some reason, the criteria and regulations for that class essay do not regard any religious body as a hero or a person, the paper will undoubtedly have failed to obey the instructions, and based on the percentage of the grade that must be docked, it should be docked fairly.
