Transnational business is at times very expensive to the business world. This is mainly because of the different rules that a single business from a particular country will have to abide to in another country. Other times, it is simply not possible due to legal concerns such as a product being banned in one country while it is continually used in another country. To overcome this problem, countries offer solutions that involve abridging some of the policies. United States for example is one of the countries that have adopted exclusive policies with some other countries. Exclusive because; they are applicable only to the members of the countries involved in the policy making.
Despite the agreement, there are some developments that do not usually augur well with the continuity of business in the states.
