Express warranties as clearly stipulated in the name itself are expressly made by the seller or manufacturer of a product to the benefit of the client in a bid to assure them of the quality of your product. These types of warranties are made in writing though they should not be in such a form for them to be considered explicitly as express warranties. Implied warranties, on the other hand, arise either from the sale itself or the circumstances of the sale that the two parties enter into when deciding to either buy or sell goods. This type of warranties can be put into categories of implied warranties of merchantability and implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose that the seller or buyer would like to get into. The implied warranty of merchantability just states that a product will reasonably perform the purpose for which it was designed.
