King Phillip and Alexander the Great exhibited various strengths and weaknesses in leadership. Although the kings impacted the growth and development of their kingdoms positively, they failed in some aspects of leadership and handling some issues. However, the weaknesses don not overdue the strengths and both leaders portrayed excellent qualities of a good leader in the throne. While King Phillip and Alexander the Great possessed excellent skills and strengths, they also deviated to wrong paths, leading to the origin of some weaknesses.
Both leaders had the outgoing character of vision during their reigning period. This quality enabled the individuals to conquer various things and achieve the best outcomes in all activities carried out for the purpose of growth in their respective regions.
