In the present era, a large number of people are suffering from anxiety, depression, and other mental health relates issues. It is essential to modify lifestyle to enhance mental as well as physical health. The huge list of benefits of physical fitness motivates me to propose a simple but constructive fitness plan. Exercise and physical activities are beneficial in minimizing depression, negative mood, and anxiety. Physical fitness also improves cognitive function and self-esteem. A fitness plan is proposed for the students that make them feel good. Students can concentrate on studies properly with the help of physical activities (Cocca et al., 2020). The fitness plan is useful to enhance memory, boost overall mood, relieve stress and helps to sleep better. The exercise is highly effectual in reducing depression. Most notably, it enhances all type of changes in the brain that involve neural growth and reduction in inflammation. The extracurricular activities are helpful in in enhancing the feelings of comfort and calmness. The fitness plan is effectual to eliminate all types of negative thoughts that cause depression. At times, muscles of face shoulders, or neck gets tighten because of stress. Many people experience muscle cramps. Some people may experience frequent urination, stomachache, insomnia, diarrhea, or heartburn because of stress. Students can learn about fitness factors that include muscle strength, cardiorespiratory, elasticity and muscle endurance. Exercise is an effectual tool to avoid stress. Exercise could be in any form such as outdoor games, walking, jumping, etc. The workout is helpful to release endorphins in the brain that helps to relieve tension and relax the muscles.
