As a servant leader, you are assessing the needs of the community in order to improve lives of others. What approach would you take?
My approach would entail working with the community more as a member than a leader. Community leadership is quite difficult, and if one is not careful, he may encounter resistance and be less effective than he should be. There is, therefore, the need to balance between leadership and effectiveness. Working as a team is the key to ensuring that I achieve the transformation that I seek to deliver in the community. I have to understand that I cannot do it by myself and need others to help me deliver the goals or objectives.
