Stakeholder Analysis
Stakeholder analysis is the process of comprehensively gathering and examining qualitative data to determine the relevant issues to consider in policy development (Kneafsey et al., 2016). Stakeholder analysis is an essential aspect of healthcare strategic planning. Key stakeholders in healthcare strategic planning comprise persons who have a vested interest in the success of the strategic plans (Kneafsey et al., 2016). This essay will discuss the key stakeholders in an actual community and their importance.

Choosing physicians as primary stakeholders in my community was based on their significance in community well-being by delivering their services. Strategic plans in healthcare could affect how physicians render services to patients, such as their qualifications, codes of conduct, and practice fields.
Policymakers
