The theories to consider characterize as biosocial in gender discussion include social labeling of the offspring or family member and the differential treatment. The social labeling of naming has a place in the society given that it gives the identity of the born child. Importantly, it gives the impression of gender in the sense that the children names vary significantly. On the same note, both boys and girls are treated differently at any given point thus leading to the labor division. Physical differences trigger the psychological gap that automatically creates the image distinguishing boys and girls.
