The issue of gender differences has been discussed deeply and widely. One such discussion can be found in John Gray's book, Men are from Mars and women are from Venus. The author tries to explain the differences of the sexes in his own way.

The author explains that men and women will probably come to conflict when either one of the genders feel like they are not getting as much as they are giving in a relationship and that only dialogue can be the solution to this problem.
