Research Study to Identify Healthy People 2020
Over the past decades, healthy living among all the genders and human development stages has been a significant concern in the public health sector. Consequently, several healthy strategies have been initiated as the best emerging health priorities with Healthy People 2020 being the most recent. The latter encompasses set goals and objective such as enhancing health equity, longer living free of disease, favorable social and physical environment for better health, and promotion of healthy development across the lifespan of the population (Blakey, Craver, & Booske, 2011).

These social determinants could include unemployment, poor education, and homelessness, etc.
What type of research question is being asked?
The relationship-based research question/casual research question type was used to interpret how the social ‘causals’ such as poverty, homelessness, unemployment, and education among others affected ones’ health. The causals acted as the variables and interlink them on how they are threats to healthier living.
