Understanding implementing a quality improvement plan is one of the essential traits of a nurse practitioner. It allows the practitioner to take gradual steps to reach the objectives of the quality improvement plan. In this post, the author would like to provide some of the proposed action steps to implement a digitized and centralized queuing system for the hospital. As noted previously, the use of an automatic queuing system could lead to higher patient satisfaction.
The first step to consider in the implementation process is the analysis of current queueing systems, its problems, and the feasibility of the automated queuing system.
