Human life is a great good and a precious gift from God who specially created humanity in a way that uniquely reflects His image and likeness. As a Christian institution, GCU affirms that every human being is precious to God and should be treated with the dignity and respect appropriate to creatures who bear the image and likeness of the Creator. The university affirms the sanctity of human life and the intrinsic value of every human being. Leadership and Management Name Institution Leadership and Management Someone with strong self-awareness would have the behavior of labeling his/her emotions. This means when working with a team and conflicts appear, the person would be able to label negative feelings such as anger and find their source. Once the person has identified the source of any negative emotions like anger, fear, and impatience, it becomes possible to know what one needs to do to improve how one responds to such emotions (Crompton, 2010). The other behavior someone with strong self-awareness is that the person would do things consciously instead of just reacting to things.
