I use one for Patient Summary- Report of Findings and the other to design a Nutriton Therapy Program. Look at the WM case study and then see what you would recommend to help WM. Post it on the Discussion area and let's discuss this case and your recommendations. You will want to watch the WM case study lecture capture after you think of what your approach should be. In nutrition there can be many paths to a healthier patient. I enjoy these case study weeks most when we get to see how each of you would treat the same client differently. They call treatment of clients a "practice" for a reason.

The essence of a nutritional analysis and the subsequent compliance to a certain nutritional regime, is to come up with a way to ensure healthy living. Whereas there is a remedy for most of the ailments afflicting the body at any one time, it is always better to come up with strategies that ensure prevention of such ailments, than a cure when the damage has already began setting in. This paper offers an analysis of the various prescriptions put forward for the patient through the summary report. Using the information suggested, there is need for even further recommendations towards the same. The good thing about nutritional therapy, is that there are usually several methods to go around a particular nutritional issue.
The major complaint of the patient in this case, is that she is suffering from flu, accompanied with some sinusitis. Additionally, her pallet is filled with some whitish coloration that stretches from the right to the left, based on the interview questionnaire. The patient also feels some significant pain on her lower back and neck, while some more serious pain is felt in her mouth. Her career and family life indices are the opposites of those indices depicting her financial, physical fun. The condition has been persistent, considering she has been experiencing the same symptoms for almost seven years now, dating back to the year 2010. While not taking pills regularly in that timeline, the patient still has some that she takes occasionally. She however, doesn’t take vitamin and mineral pills.
This case brings to the fore a condition that isn’t in any way related to some genetic malfunction that might be hereditary, or a chronic throat infection, since the tests done so far are indicated negative. When coming up with a set of recommendations, highlighting smoking and cigarettes is entirely eliminated since she states having no smoking history and also, disliking cigarettes. She takes alcohol occasionally, which might still need to be addressed. A possible pointer to dysbiosis can be considered in this case. Dysbiosis is simple the occurrence of some form of imbalance to do with microbes, within or outside the body.
The persistence of the throat infection and the sinusitis, might be a pointer towards more deep-seated complications and irregularities within the body. The manifestations of certain symptoms by the superficial aspects of the body, are in most cases, a message towards the development of a more serious problem in the other parts of the body that ...
