Experience and Health Assessment
Establishing the nurse-client relationship is essential for successful nursing care and management and promoting patient-centered care. To improve patient management, there was a need to consider subjective assessment and make the patient comfortable in an environment with mutual trust. The musculoskeletal examination is one of the areas of physical examination that requires evaluating the bones, joints and soft tissues (skeletal muscles, ligaments and tendons) (McCance & Huether, 2019). The assessment helps to determine there are no pain, joint disease, trauma, and the loss of range of motion. 
 Steps in completing the assessment
There was a focus on chief complaint (subjective assessment), health history, physical examination, and recording of health assessment in the health assessment. The history of present issue and past history include medication, health status, past injuries and issues, screening tests and planning based on the assessment (Pearce et al., 2016). Physical examination includes vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate, respiratory rate.
