S: I will start a weekly Q&A session where students can ask inquiries regarding their clinical experiences.
M: Each student will have the chance to speak about their real-world experience and ask questions, and I will assess it.
A: With practice and learning, I can accomplish this aim.
R: A nurse needs good communication abilities. Effective communication allows coworkers and patients to share information, which is essential for providing healthcare. Additionally, it enables the development of professional connections that facilitate teamwork in patient care and learning. Additionally, it enables the development of working relationships that enable staff cooperation while providing patient care.
T: By the end of week two, I hope to accomplish this.
Goal 2
S: To develop good communication skills for interaction with patients and other medical professionals.
M: To evaluate the students' critical thinking abilities, they will be asked to deliver their evaluation every two weeks.
