Climate change is a major problem that has affected human health through changes in the geographical range of occurrence of infectious diseases such as malaria, change in food production as well as changes in weather patterns (WHO, 2017). Over the recent years, global connectivity has significantly increased on numerous fronts, including the movement of people, flow of information, flow of capital, trading patterns, cultural diffusion, and regulatory systems (McMichael, 2013). The increase in population has pushed the demand for goods and services raising the need for more industries across the globe.
