There are a lot of fat loss programs that are currently being marketed to the public. Plenty of these programs feature different styles of diet, workout, and lifestyle habits that are tailored for people with different kinds of living. Some examples of fat-loss programs are Intermittent Fasting, Jenny Craig Diet, and the Paleo Diet. Among them, the Intermittent Fasting (IF) has gained popularity for its seemingly ‘simple’ and straightforward approach towards losing weight. In the IF, one can eat anything and everything that he likes, as long as any food and beverage are consumed within the 8-hour eating window. After those 8 hours, only water could be consumed (Healthline.com, n.d.). However, to make it most effective, all the nutritional requirements should be eaten within the eating window. When this is done, it is estimated that one should burn more than 2000 calories per day, even without exercising. Another popular weight loss program is the Paleo Diet program.
