In light of the complaints that have been registered at the clinic, there is need to evaluate some of the most subtle interventions which are going to improve the patient satisfaction while ensuring reduced costs. One of the interventions that is going to be implemented at the clinic is the use technology. The health care sector is one that has been revolutionized by technological applications from the improved research applications to health care interventions that are developed afterwards. The level of impact that technology has had in health care is subtle. There are quite a number of application of technology that can be brought on board for this case, however there are a select few that will have a direct impact in resolving the issues related to the complaints. One of the way that the technological intervention can assist the patients and even the staff is by setting communications devices and electronic patient feedback systems that allow for real time alerts to the staff (Bickmore & Merkley, 2018). This way, when the patients have an emergency they are able to communicate with the staff for quick and effective responses (Cosgrove et al., 2013). Secondly are interactive education systems from which patients can access their important information about their care. This way, the patient is fully aware of their condition and progress after which they request the staff for clarification where necessary. This will increase patient awareness especially when it comes to making important decisions.
