The primary research goal is to enrich various fields with emerging literature, introduce evidence-based practices, and change practices, among other factors. Achieving this objective requires the investigators the find appropriate strategies for disseminating their work to the relevant stakeholders (Papakostopoulou & Hurst, 2018). In this context, the researchers share the findings of their studies using diverse tactics. As a result, these experts can use hospital boards and conferences for internal and external players, respectively.
Hospital boards are ideal for informing healthcare practitioners about research findings to change health delivery practices. Hospital boards represent the internal settings where the researcher meets with the immediate participants or the authorities involved in the research study to furnish them with the results for informing decision-making. However, conferences incorporate external players, including policymakers, other scientists, and government officials. It brings interested parties from diverse disciplines and levels of authority (Nguyen, n.d.). As a result, they spread the findings to beneficiaries other than the facilities.
