Change in hospital systems or practices directly relates to continued improvements and refinement in the care process. Pomare et al. (2019) indicate that the success of an organizational change relies on the collaboration and involvement of all critical actors as an indication of their embracement of the suggested changes. As a result, it remains fundamental to ensure internal and external stakeholders are aware of the ongoing change proposals to initiate their engagement and ownership of the process.
