Like in all the other economic industries, healthcare serves to provide the best services to its broad customer base and always strive to come up with innovative ways of achieving this goal. The industry is not immune to complaints and compliments from the broad client base and hence have no option but to follow in the footsteps of the manufacturing industry. The standardization techniques employed in the manufacturing industry prove to be highly effective on achievements made by the sector players. The healthcare industry is incorporating the same measures to quality service delivery in hospitals and other facilities in the sector. The advancing technology also serves as a valuable addition to the sector as it enjoys the luxury of automating most of its activities. The principles used in the manufacturing industry allows a specific industry to fairly compete in the sector by impacting a joint development initiative on the entire workforce involved in the whole production process. Similarly, the healthcare industry boasts of significant strides over the past years and continues to make substantial breakthroughs within its wide range of sectors. It is a broad industry that consists of various fields tasked with enhancing human life by sharing among them the common curative factor to people's distinct medical or health care needs (Marcinko, 2011).
