Leaders especially healthcare leaders need to be integral elements of the institution that join the local administrators, the national administrators and the official elected by the respective states to run healthcare operations. Having reliable links with elected officials at different levels ensures that the healthcare services that the citizens receive are reliable. State national and local administrators facilitate different functions in the healthcare sector to ensure that people can live healthily as well as fight different ailments and facilitate people to cope up with deformities (Wallace & Moughrabi, 2016).
