The basic concept behind scientific researches is improving the level of information and to refine details that have existed in the past. This includes filling in the information gaps that exist with certain practices (Pipe, Wellik, Buchda, Hansen, Martyn, 2005). This principle has been applied in nursing with the sole purpose of improving the quality of services and treatment that is offered to the patients. At the time the services and practices in nursing become cheaper but with much higher and precise results, increasing the patients satisfaction and outcome.
