Family Assessment Part II
Firstly, family health assessment refers to an array of actions regarding a particular family as their client. Moreover, family assessment examines the family's capacity to prevent, resolve, and control their health to accomplish the family members' proper health and well-being. This paper discusses the supplier-declaration of conformity (SDOC) responsible for a predetermined family’s health status and the relevant health promotions approaches and social-ecological models.
Response 1: SDOH responsible for the Family Health status
Social determinants of health (SDOH) are environmental aspects that influence the distribution of money, power, and resources at any given level. These aspects set the primary conditions that characterize the environment in which people are born and nurtured. Social determinants of health may also include social and economic policies (Alcalб et al., 2017). In this respect, education and education opportunities play a pivotal role in shaping the family’s health. For example, education helps to equip students and children with adequate knowledge and skills. However, research has shown that addiction to video games and inadequate exercises contribute to factors that hamper children's healthcare conditions and health status between 10 to 17 years.

Families that lean on community membership forums and religious organizations for moral and social support depict healthy behaviors because of the support they get from these facilities. In effect, this helps to counter the potential of exhibiting unhealthy behaviors that may risk family members' lives.
Response 2: Age-appropriate screenings for family members
Screening can be conducted through the scrutiny of core social values and needs integral to healthcare. For example, asking screening questions related to specific social needs such as transportation, housing, utilities, personal safety, and food. More often than not, screening tools such as SDOH- short-forms, SDOH long-forms, and SDOH patient action plan are usually enforced to conduct screening procedures (Garg et al., 2016). The tools are often used to evaluate children aged between 10 to 13 years based on their personal safety and educational facilities. Moreover, these tools enable one to ask relevant questions and provide an avenue for a family member to help because children may feel insecure in the absence of a close family member.
Additionally, this approach takes care of a comforting strategy that can be used to trigger adolescents who may be hesitant to share and respond to personal questions (Alcalб et al.,...
