Technology and artificial intelligence became objects of business’s concerns since their inventions replaced mundane tasks (Colback, 2020). These inventions were meant to ease employees’ and corporations’ work, but scientists innovated several ways that scaled unimaginable heights. The invention of computers improved the concept of artificial intelligence and compelled significant changes in the business environment. Some of the ways these changes occurred include shortening of tasks and increasing efficiency, improving data storage and security, advancements in customer relations, and decision making, among others (Ricard, 2020).
Technology replaced humanity and made work easier. Perfect examples are cranes and forklifts used in the movement of heavy luggage. Computers and calculators improved the efficiency with which mathematical tasks are done and information processed.
