In many ways, educators are like second parents, and they spend lots of time with a child each day as parents. As a result, they can look forward to a better future. Teachers reduce challenging concepts to make them understandable to students. Students learn about new concepts and ideas because of what their teachers do for them. Motivation and inspiration come from teachers. Teachers have a profound impact on the lives of children around the world, whether they are imparting fundamental skills and tactics or imparting simple life lessons (Faculty Training & Development, 2016). Students of all ages can benefit from instructors' power, who can inspire them to believe that they are capable of great things. Many aspects of a student's temperament can be shaped by their teacher.
Similarly, nurse educators have a significant impact on the lives of their students, not only academically but also socially and emotionally, thus enhancing their character. Nurse educators' demeanor, interactions, and communication styles impact students' satisfaction and learning outcomes (Faculty Training & Development, 2016). Nurse educators must have an encouraging positive approach to facilitate student learning and not hinder them from learning. New college students arrive in class not having experienced full cognitive development. Therefore, instructors must be ready to respond appropriately and be prepared in advance for an adjustment period on their behalf.
