My project outcome is that the hospital will have employed several nurses to meet the increasing number of patients. It will also have implemented the GetWellNetwork to free some space for the available nurses hence providing them with more time to attend to patients as compared to the previous shortage whereby the hospital had the shortage. Therefore, the results will be disseminated to the board of directors by holding a meeting, which, every member ought to attend. The meetings of the board will include an explanation of the projects results and the benefits that it is already bringing to the hospital. I will also discuss the future of this project such as a case whereby the hospital is expanded and requires more employees.
