Elements of successful implementation plan
Successful implementation plan is way above just establishing new application. Careful assessment, communication and planning efforts are essential in ensuring successful implementation plan (DiSanza & Legge, 2011). This paper seeks to describe elements of a successful implementation plan, and how these elements will be communicated to the key stakeholders of for the implementation plan.
The elements of a successful implementation plan range from one application to another depending on what is being implemented and the nature of the organization doing the implementation. However, the following elements are commonly used for a successful implementation:
* Planning: it is important to establish relationships between the stakeholders and project staff. This offers a solid base for building success of the project. Assess and determine training materials, policies, organizational structure, procedures, and staffing roles. This helps in identifying where the organization is today before determining where it should be at the end of the project. Perform a gap analysis and manage the gaps. This helps in identifying where adjustments are necessary (United States, 2007).
