My proposed workplace wellness program is S.M.A.R.T. The program will help Indiana State University (ISU) students. The initiative aims at strengthening and broadening the mentorship services offered at Indiana State University. Its mission statement states that the S.M.A.R.T. will transform students by providing high-quality education, community engagement, and experiential learning. Additionally, the vision of the program states, "to create a community of students that readily provides mentorship services to students in their peers, practices equality as a tool of empowerment through education."
