The Evaluation Center provides assessment services to both internal and external clients. Its mission states that the Center's commitment is redirected at advancing theoretical concepts, practices, and the application of evaluation through leaders, the education system, service provision, and research. Moreover, its vision states that the Center aims at achieving excellence through a culture that upholds integrity in service delivery, professionalism, innovations, diversity, and scholarship. Evaluation Center’s founder, Dr. Stufflebeam, states, “Evaluation’s most important purpose is not to prove but to improve.”
My proposed workplace wellness program is S.M.A.R.T. The program will help Indiana State University (ISU) students. The initiative aims at strengthening and broadening the mentorship services offered at Indiana State University. Its mission statement states that the S.M.A.R.T. will transform students by providing high-quality education, community engagement, and experiential learning. Additionally, the vision of the program states, "to create a community of students that readily provides mentorship services to students in their peers, practices equality as a tool of empowerment through education." The mission and vision statement reflect Dr. Stufflebeam in many ways. Primarily, examining the S.M.A.R.T program reveals that its objectives emphasize improving the existing mentorship services.
