Introduction
Continuous Improvement (CI) provides a means for measuring public and private hospitals' consistency and success. This emphasizes improvements on specific ailments, health programs, and also specific demographic entries. The main aim of CI is to empower every member of the team, employees, and customers to feel accessible and consistent in improving their results. This is achieved by focusing on improvement models like lean, six sigma, among others. A successful continuous improvement project must entail the following elements;
Systematic workflow
System workflow entails the variants an organization applies systematically from the start to the end of any project. The variants include creating a team. The team members need to be knowledgeable about work, clients, and systems. They should consider the essential aspects of the activities involved in the improvement of the project. For instance, they should inquire more about the customer's reactions concerning their end products. Continuous Improvement provides a platform for a smooth and systematic workflow in a health care institution.
Supportive leadership.
Leaders are supposed to exhibit not only supportive behaviors but also good behaviors to their employees. This supportive behavior should be in terms of guidance within the organization in response to the changes.
